The Whiting family didn’t just study the business, they lived it. Generations grew up learning what makes a guest smile, what keeps lines moving, and what turns a simple treat into a lasting memory.
When the idea for Primo Churros emerged, it wasn’t a corporate brainstorm. It was a family conversation, the kind that happens after a long day of serving guests, when the fryers cool and the stories start flowing.
The Whiting cousins, each with their own strengths, came together to build something new: a churro concept crafted by operators, for operators.
